My Light Path provides digital products that are generated specifically for each individual user based on information supplied by that user. Because these products are personalized and immediately accessible after delivery, they generally cannot be returned. For this reason, all sales are considered final once a report has been generated and delivered.
This policy applies to all reading products, including Hebrew Name & Meaning, Purpose & Direction, Relationship, Business & Career, Full Reading Packages, and future reading products and upgrades. Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered to the user, it is considered consumed digital content and is not eligible for a refund. Dissatisfaction with the interpretation, personal disagreement with the content, or differences in expectations do not qualify for a refund.
A refund may be considered if a report was purchased but never delivered, a technical error prevented access to purchased content, a payment was processed but the report generation failed, or duplicate charges occurred. Refund requests relating to technical issues must be submitted within seven (7) business days of the original transaction. We may investigate technical records before approving a refund request.
AI Advisor credits are digital products. Once credits have been used, partially used, or consumed, they are non-refundable. Unused AI Advisor credits may be eligible for a refund if the request is submitted within seven (7) business days of purchase, no credits have been used, and the account is in good standing. Approved refunds may be reduced by payment processing fees, transaction fees, currency conversion costs, and other non-recoverable third-party charges.
If subscription-based products are introduced in the future, additional subscription-specific refund terms may apply. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable for partially used billing periods.
If a customer is charged more than once for the same purchase due to a billing error, My Light Path will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
My Light Path reserves the right to deny refund requests if we reasonably believe that fraudulent activity has occurred, the platform has been abused, refund requests are being used in bad faith, or purchased content has already been substantially consumed.
Customers experiencing issues are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting My Light Path may result in account suspension, account termination, or restriction of future purchases. Nothing in this section limits any rights provided under applicable law.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@mylightpath.com. Please include your full name, email address used for purchase, transaction date, and a description of the issue. Additional information may be requested to verify eligibility.
Approved refunds are typically processed within seven (7) business days. Actual timing may vary depending on payment provider, bank processing times, and card issuer policies. My Light Path is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
